Watches are not allowed at this event. Please remember to bring your own number bib (one per pair). Prizes: Rosettes and Prize Vouchers up to 10th place per class. Classes will NOT be split, there can only be one champion per height. Entry fee £35 for individual riders and £50 for pairs plus £3 per rider contribution to our medical costs. At the final there will be a start fee of £5 per competitor which should be paid to the secretary on the day of competition. Entries and Refunds:- Entries close two weeks prior to this event, except for those riders qualifying the weekend before. 100% refund for withdrawals up to one week prior to the event. After this date withdrawals will be refunded only if we fill your space. Don't forget to book your Championship Party tickets if you are with us for the Saturday Evening. Local band Recall will be with us, along with a cocktail bar, and Jacket Potato dinner. Tickets can be bought online, to collect from the secretary on the day. There will be an undisclosed optimum time in each class The winner will be the rider with the least number of jumping penalties who is closest to the optimum time. Competitions will be carried out under B.E. rules. No watches in any class. Certain fences may have a black flag option (alternative) but these will attract time or penalty points. These will be clearly marked. The Pairs classes will contain a dressing fence. A mark will be given for competitors’ style and togetherness at these fences and a prize will be given for the best pair. This will not affect the overall result. No horse or pony who will be competing may school over the course after the Saturday prior to the competitions. A £10 refundable deposit will be taken for number bibs and spot checks will be made on hats and body protectors throughout the day.
